Tomato Salad

Long before restaurants were serving tomato slices with mozzarella, my family made this delicious salad. I still make it today!
INGREDIENTS
4 Tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 Large Cucumber, sliced
1 Long Hot Pepper, sliced
1/4 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh basil, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt & pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Serve with Crusty Italian Bread to dip into the olive oil.
Delicious!
