The Great Pumpkin This Tagliatelle with Baked Pumpkin recipe is perfect for the fall season. Every once in a while I like to try something completely out of the ordinary. Being close to Halloween I figured pumpkin would be a nice change. Pumpkin, whether fresh or canned, is excellent in other dishes besides pie. It makes a great soup and is delicious with pasta. This recipe can also be made with acorn or butternut squash if you wish.
