We would wake up to the smell of garlic and onions frying in olive oil......Sundays we always had "gravy" with macaroni.....
My mother would be frying up the meatballs.......nothing tastes better than a newly fried meatball and crisp bread dipped into the gravy........
Till this day, 60 years later, nothing tastes better than newly fried meatballs..........great memories that I hope I've passed down to my child.
