Squash and Fry

INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp of olive oil
1 whole white onion
1 yellow squash cubed
1 zucchini squash cubed
4 cloves garlic minced
4 fresh mushrooms sliced
1 tsp basil
1 tsp tarragon
1/4 tsp rosemary
2 shakes cayenne pepper
PREPARATION
Brown down the onion in the oil
Turn up the heat and put in the rest of the ingredients.
Season cook till squash starts to get clear on edges mix well and serve!
