Italian Sausage and Peppers
with Dipping Sauce for Bread

INGREDIENTS
1 Pkg of Sweet Ital Sausage chopped into bite size pieces
1 Pkg of Hot Ital Sausage chopped into bite size pieces
3 green peppers cut into strips
2 red peppers cut into strips
2 yellow peppers cut into strips
2 onions chopped
4 Tablespoons of minced garlic
2 Single serve bottles of burgundy wine
2 cans sauce Arturo
2 cans hunts Italian tomato sauce
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put all ingredients together and bake covered for 1.5-2hrs
Serve with fresh bread to dip in the juices
