Fish Trout Lemon Tomato Sauce Fondue

INGREDIENTS
400 GR Trout Fish
3 NO Roma Tomato Slice
3 NO Garlic Confit
15GM Fresh Thyme
15GM Dill
15GM Sage
2 NO Lemon
50GM Butter
80GM Black Olive
45GM Onion
Salt and Pepper
PREPARATION
Season the trout with salt and pepper
Just grill over charcoal and get nice smell smoke not cook
Put fish on a tray
Add all ingredients, tomato slice, garlic confit, dill, lemon, thyme, sage and black olive together
Cover with foil.
Bake in oven until cooked
Take out fish from oven.
Add butter with juice from the fish in tray. Ready to serve.
Nice to eat together with peas and mashed potatoes.
