Delicious Spaghetti in a Heartbeat

My entire family loves anything Italian, especially spaghetti. In our busy world we don't always have the hours it can take to make it from scratch. I created this recipe after experimenting with several different ingredients and this was the one my family went crazy over. It's now our family favorite and everyone always asks for the recipe. They can't believe how fast and easy it is to make. You can feed a crowd on the shortest notice, and expect raves.
If you want to make the sauce a day ahead and refrigerate, the flavor even improves. This way you can spend time with your guests, not slaving in the kitchen.
INGREDIENTS
2 large jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce
4-5 large cloves of garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped very small
Olive oil for frying
1 pkg of Sweet Italian sausages (5 in a pkg)
Parmesan cheese for serving
1 box (1 lb) Angel Hair pasta
PREPARATION
In a Dutch oven, or large heavy sauce pan, saute' the garlic and onions in 2-3 Tbs of olive oil until soft and clear, do not brown.
Add the jars of spaghetti sauce and bring to a boil; immediately lower heat to a simmer and add the the whole sausages.
Bring back to a simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the Angel Hair pasta according to pkg instructions.
Serve the sauce over the pasta and place half a sausage on the side of each plate. Offer Parmesan cheese at the table.
A tossed green salad with your favorite dressing and hot garlic bread completes the dinner.
Note: You may also add chopped black olives or canned sliced mushrooms to the sauce, if you desire.
