Chicken Scampi the same delicious recipe as Shrimp Scampi only substituting chicken for shrimp. It’s a tasty chicken recipe only cheaper. This easy to make chicken recipe uses butter and olive oil combined with seasoning to give an excellent flavor that I’m sure you’ll remember.
Chicken Scampi can be served over angel hair pasta, which is the way I prefer it, or all by itself with a fresh loaf of Italian bread. You need the Italian bread to sop up all the sauce. I usually eat a loaf myself and leave everybody to fend for themselves. Greedy old man aren’t I?
