Bine's Sneaky Lasagna
INGREDIENTS
1 lb Sweet Italian Sausage.1lb 80% ground beef.
1 medium onion.
1 Tbl garlic powder.
2 Tbl oregano.
2 Tbl Basil.
2 pints of low fat cottage cheese.
2 cups of Parmesan cheese.
2 cups of mozzarella cheese.
2 jars of favorite pasta sauce.
Small amount of olive oil.
One box of lasagna noodles.
PREPARATION
Fry the first 5 ingredients until brownd and golden.
Add pasta sauce and let simmer.
Boil the lasagna and drain.
Start layering greased baking pan with 1: noodles,meat sauce,cottage cheese,Parmesan,mozzarella.
Repeat as needed.
Top with remaining cheeses and sauce,cover with aluminum foil and bake on 350 for 30 minutes.
This is an excellent dish for freezing.
