Orange Salad

We usually eat an orange salad with our pasta and broccoli dinner.
2 medium sized cal naval oranges peeled and sliced across the grain of the orange not too thick and layer on a flat platter
Peel and slice two kiwi's and layer on top of oranges
Hard boil two eggs and put through and egg slicer twice
Then turn egg to kind of mince and then layer on top of orange and kiwi's. On top of that I usually spread Parmigiana Reggiano shredded on of that.
Then lightly salt and grate some fresh black pepper
Then to finish spread some Felipe Barrio virgin oil over the top and eat as a salad with broccoli and tortellini mmmm good!!
