This is probably one of my favorite meals to prepare and eat. It's layered with pasta, meatballs, eggs, cheese and gravy. This is my grandmother's traditional recipe from Aragona, Italy, which is made only on Holy Saturday. Also, enjoy the step-byp-step slide show on our home page which details this recipe. Happy Taganu D'Aragona

This Easter recipe is a tribute to my Grandmother Theresa who brought back a special delicacy from her hometown of Aragona, Agrigento, Sicily.
