Tender pieces of lamb marinated in Italian seasoning, grilled to perfection and served over rice, rice pilaf or a a nice creamy risotto. Enjoy! Mangia Italiano! Lamb Kabobs Italian Style is a great dish to make over the weekend. Of course if you prefer, beef, chicken or pork will work just as well. For best results marinade the meat over night.
